  1. The Cameraman lol (At thumbnail pov) Also @Steve Dra can you send me a private message? I can't DM you...
  2. Yeah I understand the point. I'll then say that don't expect any announcement within the next 3 months.
  3. I can assure you that all our team member agreed to announce it only on release. That way, no disappointement in delays!
  4. I know, you might see some stuff soon enough though...
  5. The reason is that we want to officially announce it when it's ready... We don't want to deal with questions of release dates 😁
  6. I can assure you it is not from them. The team developing the one I'm refering to has a lot of experience in development for MSFS/and or other simulators.
  7. Yes, I can assure you the new PC12 from the group I'm refering to is making good progress! (Sorry for late reply)
  8. Nope, another group! Carenado is doing the first gen, the group I refer to is not making the first gen version!
  9. Hello, I know a high quality one from a well established team is coming.
  10. Yes, in a way the winglet is useless at some point, because I'm sure almost nobody will see the difference, other than the fuel consumption, but it is still present, Westjet is fitting them to their fleet... It is like the zibomod, if you know that, they put the three varients to their 737-900 Ultimate...
  11. Complete new addon. Its name is NG3. It is an "update" of the NGX, but a different addon, if you look it in another sense. The way they describe the technologies that they will bring to the NG3 sound like they will model the MAX series
  12. There's one in Quebec, at CYHU : Chrono Aviation, a carrier who make charter flights...
  13. more than dead, more and more developer starts to go away from FSX... If there's one in FSX, there will not have the same functionality as P3DV4, so it would be a very different plane...
  14. Well, it's might be more complicated than you think. The -200LR and the 300ER have been developed at the same time together, so it's like the same generation for those. The -200ER is an older generation of those ones. So, yes they did complete the 777 if you are thinking of that generation of 2000. They are popular, but they are maybe more difficult to do that model. But, would you prefer that they do the -200ER right now or work on the NG3, GFO and JS4100 ?
  15. Well, yes it can be, that's why I said it COULD be a reason not to, I didn't mention it is the reason... The reason that it won't be profitable is that a lot of person like new stuff, instead old planes... Try to compare to either buy the new 787 or the Super Constellation, which would you choose ? It's the same thought as phones, everybody wants the newest phone, instead of iPhone 6 or 7 that they already have, they go buy the iPhone X (well, that is the case in Canada around my city, everybody go buy the latest phone...)
  16. Well, yes, it might be a reason... And it could also be a reason why to not do it... I mean that they might do an aircraft that just entered in service like the MAX (That is almost already confirmed), the A220, the E2-jets, the COMAC C919 or something like this... They might want an aircraft that will be in service for still long time instead of putting a dying aircraft. If you look at its past, they did the 777 in 2013, an aircraft that just entered in service (2004 for the -200LR), the NGX that entered in service in 1997 and that Ryanair had just received his last 737NG from his orders, the 747-8 that is quite young... My thought about those is that PMDG will take old planes if they are iconic, like the 747-400,
  17. The 737CL is quite more difficult since it is like a new aircraft (The same fuselage, but different engines, cockpit, so different handling...) so it would take time. The MD11 would be more realistic, since it is newer and they already done one, so they can take the data from it to create for P3DV4
  18. Well, they have been working on (since it has been announced January 27, 2018, or the hint of a new aircraft December 21, 2017, maybe they worked before that moment, here's sources: https://fselite.net/news/pmdg-previews-detail-747-8-737-max-confirmed/ https://fselite.net/news/pmdg-progress-upate-21-12-2017-possible-new-aircraft-announcement/ so here are the beginning of the rumor So I believe they should be quite advanced since it has been almost a year since the official announce...
  19. Well, there will have both, here a useful link : https://fselite.net/news/pmdg-previews-detail-747-8-737-max-confirmed/
  20. The CS757 III (many in real world start replacing their ageing 757 by MAX10 or the A321neoLR...that was what I meant...)
  21. Well, for the NG3, for me would be the MAX10, for the replacement of 757, either that or the FSLabs A321neoLR...
  22. Well, the 767-400ER cockpit is almost the same as the 777-200 since at the beginning, it was supposed to be the 777-100, but because of the few interest, they change it for 767-400ER...For the -300, there's the FF767 + the new extended pack for XP11 that is quite a good aircraft. As for the survey, right now, they are looking at updating their product (JS4100 from FSX to P3D, a NGX to NG3, 747 V2 to QOTSII...) and I think they do like any brand, look at the market, take the one that would be more profitable for them, and develop it, so yes they kinda look the forum for what they choose, but they won't make a survey, because there's many ways to hack the survey, make many accounts, double the vote, destroy others votes, and also, there will always have some who will answer something unrelated, so would it be reliable ? Look, FlightGlobal has a survey and you can vote as many time you wants, so is it 100% reliable ? No, because of the multiple vote choice. Also, the make a good quality aircraft, its take at least, when full time working, a year to do the exterior modeling, and add the system and all that, we would have P3DV5... Every aircraft have his difficulty and it challenge to fly it, but also to concept it for a flight sim. Anything you see on your sim can takes hours and hours of programmation, of troubleshooting, of patches, of many ressources
  23. But what it will have more fun to "however you call it that is a synonym of flying for this type 🙂" would be an ornithopter... There's the Otto Lilienthal's prototype that is a very great...
  24. It'll soon be out, I think... I think right now they change the code for the new P3DV4.4 code... Anyway I would prefer a finish product instead of a product released too early with many bugs
