Thanks for the reply, I have checked the axis settings and there isn't anything listed on engines, also checked windows enegry saving, joystick & mouse settings. This issue is only with the PMDG and not with any default aircraft or addon payware ones, and it's intermmitent. It was suggested that a saved new panel state (not the default ones) my be the issue, but I've been using this one for some time and it was working ok before. Thanks Tonyleo

Hi all was wondering if anyone would be able to help with the issue for the 737 NGX FSX SE 600/700 & 800/900. Lately the mouse has intermittenly stop working in VC, this would happen randomly but not on all flights. I opened a ticket with PMDG Helpdesk and they suggested uninstalling and re-installing the new version, this seem to work for one flight and then the issue came back again. Also what happens occasionally is only one engine powering up and the other will just idle and sometimes the throttles won't work at all. I have tried a few things such as different eyepoint in VC, updating windows 10, turn off other addons and not use any controls at all whilst aircraft is initializing. Initially it was suggested that it may be an error when my desktop does a windows & web tune up, but it wasn't this as it was tried out. I'm a little frustrated now as have searched the forums for a clear answer and tried to fix the issues. When it works ok it runs really smooth, but all these errors are now baffling. I have also been in touch with Aersoft who also suggested to install latest version. I load a flight by opening the sim, go to flight plan and open or make a flight, select PMDG and fly now, the panel state is configured to ngx short or a new one which i saved and has always worked before, this new state is similar to the short but has a few short cuts, it never gave any issues before and have tried not using it but still giving errors even with the default state. Sometimes it all works ok and then it would start doing this after take off or just before and then start working on and off again, most of the time it would be whilst getting aircraft ready for take off or just after initializing. No matter how much you pay, if your behaviours or practices as an owner(/licensor) are causing the issues, it doesn't matter if you spent $1 or $1M Hi I don't know where you get the impressions about the behaviours or practises as you mentioned above, I think perhaps there is a misunderstanding here that somehow I am causing these issues with stuff that I'm doing, well to my best of knowledge I am not. I work with desktops all day and have good knowledge when it comes to technical matters. The PC I'm using now is only a few months old, it's kept up to date with all software and I always try and keep it well maintained, I use quite a few other add ons, some freeware and some pay ware, and despite the odd technical glitch, they all mainly run smoothly. I do not use the NGX as a default saved aircraft in the sim, as I know this causes issues with the panel state and so on. The issue I struggle with is that not sure why the 737NGX would run fine one day and then without having done or changed anything it does all this weird stuff, such as the issues posted earlier. I also use other pay ware aircraft and they seem to work okay. I will look at the FSUIPC and the antivirus to see if that's causing the issue. The actual add itself on is excellent and the attention to detail is astonishing, which is why I purchased it.

What are u saying about a car, this is a flight simulator and a hobby. Not very useful advice. I appreciate that it's not the software design on the add on but at the same time it's so time consuming having to put up with errors and taking the fun away from a hobby. The other day it was also not loading the panel state and there was no gauges, controls working at all. But will check with the FSUIPC and hardware issue, thanks for the suggestion.

Hi all many issues with PMDG 737 NGX. Now no longer can fly the plane. Issues include flaps not randomly extending, engines randomly not firing up, either both or one of them, sometimes they fire up but won't give any power, also on runway the aircraft will speed up to take off speed but won't take off. All these issues don't happen all at once. Was working fine up until this afternoon. Have tried the different panel states including resetting it to cold dark state, this is good money spent on this add on for fsx, but so many issues. Not sure why it's doing this. When it works, it works fine. Not sure if I need to uninstall the whole thing and re-install it again. Thanks Tonyleo

Hi all one again the 737 NGX PMDG is not initializing which means I cannot do anything on the plane in the sim on any flight, all gauges, panels and controls are off and unusable, cannot do mouse clicks, this weird issue randomly happened before. I have saved panel states which include starting configurations on short and long, which is preferred, and these worked before but not now. All files are still there in the original folders, nothing has been updated in the sim, apart from a new plane added but this wasn't PMDG. I know that you can load the start up state from the FCDU, but not able to even click the mouse on it. Not sure what this issues is, looking at forums, it could be sim connect, corrupt files and so on, Thanks Tonyleo

Hi 8gb RAM, 3.2 ghz quad core, new computer with AMD radeon RX 560 graphics card, issue is with PMDG NGX only occasionally, doesn't do it with default. The game runs pretty good and high frame rates, even with high settings. Thanks

Hi all still occasionally get the issue with the panel switches randomly not working when in VC view in the PMDG 737 NGX, when this happens, you just can't control anything in the aircraft and also you are not able to move the camera around in the spot you're in unless it's the outside view, it just freezes almost everything but the sim is still running. Looking around on forums, other users have had similar issues. Not sure why it does this occasionally, it's only with the NGX plane. thanks

Hi all been using Ultimate Traffic Live but not able to hear engine sounds on jets, you can hear turboprops though. Whilst flying, if you go to traffic view, the jets have no sound. Thanks

Hi thanks for the reply. It was a 3 hour flight or thereabouts, engines failed the last 10 mins or so of the flight, one after the other. Is there a way to get round this with automation? I use V-route to work out routes in FMC, I still have to set up some info in the FMC manually though. I've been using NGX for about three weeks, roughly about 2: 1 /2 hour flights once every two days, so around 10 hours a week maximum.
