  1. Howdy OTGS, Love your videos. I think FS2020 is having quite a few first year issues with G1000. Yes they popout, but they really cause my system (2080ti see pics this thread) to stutter with AM 4.0 and knobster and G1000 bezels. Have tried all settings all monitors HD 60hz, V-sync, g-sync, kitchen sync, but still stutters. Do you get stutters with popouts on one FS2020 system? XP is smooth as butter with popouts just a small fps drop. Still using XP for now.
  2. Hello Han! I use XP/FS2020 and AM as well. There is no doubt in my mind, after using VR, Ultrawide, Track IR on single monitor, etc, that 3 wide monitors with AM/knobster touchscreen is the best config for simming. The G1000 has everything, AP, Audio, FMS, in a compact space on 1 touchscreen. I currently use ASUS 21.5 touch but will be going 24" soon. I have even created a Phenom 300 autopilot GFC 700 (i think). FS2020 still has first year issues with G1000 popouts. They cause my machine to stutter too much and they have to be positioned each flight. Not using them right now. I just use the bezels on touch without popouts. Your system looks great. How did you stop the stutters in FS2020 with AM popouts? Competition is good. I built this mobile sim with Superstrut from HomeDepot. It is designed to fit thru bedroom doors etc. and go to AirShows on trailer. The dual PFD/MFD will separate if you click on one of the icons in the upper tab bar.
  3. Howdy Folks> HEEEELP! I am PPL and IGI trainer on youtube and need stutter free screen recorder. My current equipment NVME m.2 SSD, RTX2080 8g, i7 8700, 16g mem, Dell S2716DG full G-Sync 1ms response 2560x1440p 144mz. 3/4 XP graphics settings. 16x9 QHD is a great format for gaming BTW! Looks great in XP! Fast panning, 1000 rpm default XP 172sp where full left or right rudder (spinning in tight circle with inside view) taxiing near terminal and models at stock KSNA is a good test for stutters/tears. (no autogen necessary, CPU issue to be resolved with Vulcan I hope). This test is more about GPU stutters and tears. Looks pretty darn smooth with 2560x1440 at 144mz. Of course, fast panning is ultimate test and I am happy with results. I get very smooth fast pans (occasional stutter if new scenery or complex "poorly modeled" scenery). Essentially I am happy with FPS 60-70 in stock 172sp in clear skies. The XP video recorder AVI format, does great, smooth fast pans, but unfortunately, no system sound or mic! Sad! Try the XP recorder, this is what I am looking for, so far as WYSIWIG smoothness in a fast pan at KSNA. Huge AVI files but at least no annoying stutters. PROBLEM: as soon as I start to screen record the stuttering starts and it looks bad. I need pro results WYSIWIG recordings for youtube. I have used many screen recorders at ALL the settings. Geoforce Experience Overlay in XP at min bitrate is probably the best, but it still is pretty bad. Do I need a dedicated hardware screen recorder for WYSIWIG from XP? None of the screen recording software free trials I have tested pass the WYSIWIG test.
