This sim amazing, I am flight simmer for many years. When I had some issue on p3d, fsx, xp11 There was always a fix. What is going out here I use frame gen in msfs 2024 and its stable, I use frame generation mod (AMD) and its stable, no shimmering on screens, only artifacts outside the cockpit window. I bought RTX 40 series card to use native frame gen, and its not working correctly, that’s bull word not allowed. I can run the sim in low end settings and the problem is also there.

I use TAA with native Frame generation. LOD set to 130 I have locked fps to 162(165Hz monitor) and forced gsync in NCP

I also must to mention that during my flights, my GPU and CPU are around 40%, I don’t know if that should look like that. I tried to overlock my cpu to 5.2Ghz, and nothing change as well… its getting more and more frustrating… although in MSFS 2024 frame gen is good and screens are normal, I am pretty sure that’s the problem with msfs 2020 and its frame generation logic.

I noticed that if I have lower fps this problem is bigger, I've locked it at 60 fps and its even worse. No matter what settings are... Tested, ULTRA, HIGH-END, MEDIUM and LOW

I have 165hz monitor with free sync. For what fps should I lock it in nvidia control panel? Also question to all users. Is i7 10700k still good procesor for Flight sim?

i set my monitor to 144hz and a limited it to 141 fps, no fix

I am on my way to Munich right now on the Fenix A321, and there is no fix with v sync OFF in NVCP, and off/on in msfs settings.

Thats not that issue, your issue is also fixed by clicking Alt+Eneter 2 times and is fixing that too.

Yeah, unfortunately there is no change ;( No change either I turn motion blur on/off the same with bloom.

So if I have 165hz monitor I must look my fps at 162?

Thanks for the reply Noel, Basically, the Nexus mod is the AMD replacement for NV Frame Gen. Its for users with non RTX 40x Series Graphic cards. I would like to stay with the frame gen because I love to have more FPS, especially that there is an option to set it up correctly.

Hello guys, For about 3-4 months I struggle with very annoying issue I got in msfs 2020. Mainly I am having problem with screens/displays mostly on Fenix a32x. When panning around the cockpit, and also when zooming in/out I see that displays are skintillating/jerking. I’ve done a lot of testing, even I reinstalled my whole system within updating to Windows 11. This issue is only when I use Frame Generation option(The native one in msfs settings) BUT when I installed the nexus mod for frame gen I noticed that this issue gone. But I want to stick with the native one because of less ghosting. I will upload in game settings in while. I also noticed that if I have around 45-55 fps in fps display(developer mode) the issue is not as much as I am at inibuilds Heathrow with Vatsim FSLTL model matching and gsx(boarding). PC Spec. RTX 4070 SUPER I7 10700k running at 4.9 MHz 32 GB of ram running 3200 MHz resolution 1080p temps. are very good when running the sim. I don’t have big knowledge about PC builds etc. But any of my CPU Core is not reaching 100%. I have turned Motion blur to ultra and bloom to on in the sim and that result in issue had gone but only if I have default airport, when I switch to other airports such as fly Tampa Amsterdam I am getting it back.
