  1. Hi I have one more question - just say no if it's too complicated! Would it be possible to make the older version 30.0 work for the current Real Traffic version? Everything else, such as liveries, airports, park positions still work! Thank you very much for the hints so far!
  2. Hi, then I guess I have a bigger problem. My fsx is still running on Windows 7, so a PSXT server installation is not possible there! If I could do a fresh FSX installation on Windows 10 with all the additional airports and Linda scripts for my home cockpit (with small 6DOF motion) so error-free and with good frame rates, is more than questionable! With my current sim configuration I will probably have to say goodbye to PSXT! Too bad, for me the last working version worked great. I was excited !

  4. Hi i have the version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 22 Redistributable (x86) installed again - no change. My system is a 64-bit system with W10 22H2! The strange thing is, all other applications run fine on this machine, including the older version of PSXT (30.0 - with real traffic cut after 60 sec). The current PSXT version disappears from the screen after 10 seconds. When I start the learner, it says "PSXT_FSX is already running and connected to Real Traffic, although no running process of PSXT can be found in the task manager! The learner itself works fine if I haven't started PSXT first.

  6. Hi, PSXT and RT run on the same PC of course. Only FSX has its own PC. What I don't understand: Why does the PSXT gui disappear after a few seconds? Even if parameters are set incorrectly, or not connected to RT or FSX, or PSXT can't find any airports or liveries, the PSXT GUI was always visible with corresponding error messages and didn't just disappear. I'm not really getting any further at this point.
  7. Hi I have now completely uninstalled both PSXT and Real Traffic and reinstalled the latest versions of PSXT and Real Traffic. I still have the following problems: Real Traffic starts normally and works. If I then start the learner, it also works fine. When starting PSXT, the GUI can be seen for about 4 seconds, the SIM bar is red, the RT bar cannot be seen! Then the GUI disappears again! If I start the learner again, the message "6 PSXT_FSX is already running and connected to Real Traffic" appears, although PSXT doesn't seem to be running! In the task manager there is no running process that could have something to do with PSXT. PSXT runs on my second PC, FSX on the first. This has always worked well for me for a number of years. I would be very grateful for every idea!
  8. Hi, I wanted to use my FSX + PSXT version 30.0 again after a break of several months. The connection to the sim is ok, parked planes are placed on their positions. But the connection to Real Traffic breaks off after about 10 seconds. Real Traffic in Spotter mode works perfectly. So I wanted to install the new PSXT version 33.2.1. But this new version ignores mine existing PSXT installation and will be in a new Folder installed (?). This new version does not run, disappears after a few seconds! So how does the installation of a new PSXT version have to be done with an existing older version? What could be the reason for disconnection to Real Traffic in PSXT version 30.0? Thanks in advance!
  9. I have two more questions / problems: As a test, I generated new airport files with PPG 20.0.However, all "option airline" entries are missing at all airports! Should that be so? With an earlier PPG version (march 2020) almost all airports had option airline entries. PSXT is now running,but there are only parking positions for the aircraft that have just been parked.The planes parked by random when loading the airport or when repositioning to the new airport are completely missing!- so wanted? if I would use my existing airport files, I would have to add the hours attribute everywhere - I will never finish!
  10. Real traffic seems to be working now.There was also an update at the same time, which probably took a little longer to install. PSXT now brings the following error message: e.g.in LSZH "T167 has an option without an hours attribute" Something similar at other airports. Probably this has to do with the new Actual Hour Only option.Where can I turn this on / off? Or do I have to regenerate my airportfile ? Best Regards
  11. Hello, after updating to PSXT version 20.0, Real traffic no longer starts! in psxt the FSX is recognized correctly,real traffic stops at "update loading in to cache". Yesterday with the previous version everything worked without any problems.Could I have done something wrong with the update? Best Regards
  12. I had time again to deal with this problem. I identified two possible causes of this in my system: 1.MyTraffic - I deactivated MyTraffic but did not uninstall it. It so happened that sporadically planes were traveling from A to B and obviously interfered with PSXT! Strangely enough, MyTraffic was not displayed in the Simconnect Console as a simconnect client. 2. Real weather - activated in FS-Flightcontrol. If this option is active, the error occurs after some time! I cannot say whether all the errors have been found. At the moment my system is running stable, but there is hardly any real traffic. I have activated the simconnect log file, 4 clients can be seen there: [127] FS Flightcontrol [128] FSUIPC [63] PSX [129] battery_charger (used for APU Funktion) So the error message [63] i/o Error ! (2,80004004) really belongs to PSX. I also tested another user aircraft, but the error remains. I have already exchanged network adapters, also no improvement. If only PSX is started, it will take longer for the error to occur. Something must be time critical. Best Regards
  14. Hi Nico, to get on with the existing problem I activated the Simconnect Console. The following error was always seen there after PSX was aborted [63] I/O Error (1, 8000-4004) ; It didn't matter whether the second Simconnect client ( FS-FlightControl ) was running or not . If only the second client is running, no error occurs. My active Simconnect version is 10.0.61259.0 Maybe you have an idea? Besides, I deactivated unnecessary services in Windows 10 (client PC) and in Windows 7 (FSX PC) - no improvement. Best Regards
  15. Hi Nico, First of all, thanks for your time-consuming troubleshooting! I tested the official version 17.4.. As you almost expected PSX now brings the error "Simconnect problem no EVENT_1sec, no heartbeat“ with your built-in control code! This happens as usual, after about 10 - 20 min. What is still strange: FS-FlightControl (IOS) also runs on the same client PC. This tool uses the same Simconnect version and continues to run without any problems after the PSX event. Installed Simconnect versions are: 10.0.60905.0 10.0.61242.0 10.0.61259.0 (checked in windows \ winsxs) Best Regards
