You can load fuel, when you accept a mission, you will get to a screen with your aircraft in a hangar, then on the right you see the aircraft type and options 'Management' and 'Change Aircraft'. and near the bottom you see the distance and fuel calculation. Remember the number for fuel. Then click on 'Management', this opens the aircraft management screen. Go to the 'Fuel and payload' screen, Then find the 'Manage Fuel' button lower left. You can add fuel like this, for the Cessna 172 I usually make sure I have the fuelnumber of the mission screen + 5 lbs spare. At first this method was not clear, but after finding it, I have no fuel issues.
