  1. FPS goes from 25 to 3 but nothing else changes

    I was getting 11fps earlier today at Heathrow, traffic on ultra. Now, I'm getting 40fps... Same results in free flight and career. But most interestingly, my GPU (2080ti) was barely getting used at 11fps, whereas at 40 it's at 80-90%. So I'm inclined to thing the issue is with MSFT and not with my local settings/rig
