    Also stuck at the black "Press Any Key to Continue' screen with the circle of death in the lower right corner. Found if I installed Xbox Identity Provider, Xbox (beta), Xbox Game Bar, I was able to get past the 'Press Any Key' loop, and installation has begun. Suspect it was the 'Xbox Identity Provider' login that was missing, but who knows.
