  1. I use the rotary knob on Honeycomb Bravo for the XPNDR/TCAS knob. When I turn it to the first position I want it to turn the transponder to Alt Rptg Off and WXR off (before pushback and after landing). When I turn it to the last increment I want the transponder to TA/RA and WXR on (before lineup). This all doesn’t work if I don’t know the state of the WXR.
  2. That's what I was worried about, but thank you nevertheless! Another user on the PMDG Discord suggested that I create a counter variable which increments everytime the script touches the WXR so I can keep track of its state. I'll give that a try but mentioning it here as an alternative solution if someone else ever comes across the same problem.
  3. I do know how to tell it from the screen but I’m trying to write a script that needs to know if the WXR is on or off since the button on the EFIS panel is a (momentary) toggle button. More specifically, I want a script that turns the XPNDR/TCAS to Alt Rptg and WXR off (if it is on) to be used before pushback and after landing. It doesn’t work if the script can’t determine the state of the WXR.
  4. Hello everybody, I'm trying to find an Lvar in the "new" MSFS2024 PMDG 737 which would tell me if the captain side WXR is on or off. Can anyone help me find one?
  5. I use BATC and I deleted all FSLTL sound files, and that fixed the problem for me. No more AI traffic noises, but they were pretty bad to begin with.
  6. Thank you, I just emailed you with the requested information!
  7. Hey everybody, I'm experiencing a very strange problem with AAO and MSFS2020. When I start the sim and a flight, everything works perfectly. But after some time, AAO stops sending most commands in "Assigned Buttons" to the simulator. When I say most, it seems it's everything that is a RPN script. All of the axes work and even virtual events (e.g. instrument camera controls CTRL + a number that I have assigned to a hat switch). During this "fugue state" if I go to "Game controllers" settings in Windows I see all the devices as "OK" and in the properties I can see that Windows registers the button presses. This problem is rectified immediately when I bring the AAO window on top and in focus. And the funny thing is that the commands are "queued" somewhere because once I bring the window in focus, all of those commands run that I had clicked during that "fugue state". For example, if I press the "AP disconnect" button on my joystick nothing happens, but when I bring AAO in focus that AP disconnect gets run in the sim. I have blacklisted all other devices besides my active controllers. I have disabled vjoy in AAO. I'm running everything as an administrator. I have turned EPM off for my controllers and have also disabled "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" from Windows settings for all controllers. This happens with all aircraft is not limited to a particular one or from a particular designer. All other addons I'm running that might interfere with SimConnect I believe are Fenix A320 (FenixBootstrapper.exe), Opentrack (head tracking software), BeyondATC and GSX Pro. Any guesses what might be causing this? Thanks already in advance!
