In fact, we pride ourselves on being one of the more engaged developers in the community. We actively listen to our users and continually work to improve our software based on the feedback we receive. It's important to note that Passenger2 is not intended to provide a full airline management experience. Instead, it functions as an addon focused on enhancing passenger and crew interactions. Additionally, we offer two versions of the software to cater to different preferences and needs within the community. I encourage everyone to do their own research and form their own opinions based on actual experience with the product rather than jumping to conclusions.
