Thanks for the second suggestion, the Window on top seems to remove the lag indeed. I can confirm. I think its silly of Parallel 42 not to address this small issue.

Hello @simfan1983 It seems to help slightly I can tell. However, I notice when you click out of P3D i.e change windows or open another application there is the small lag before it goes back to normal speed which has been the problem since early April. I am not quite sure if this is what you are experiencing as well. Please let me know. Happy to compare results

Just with Chaseplane - which is weird. P3D default camera is not affected. I would request a refund if I was you and Probably move to Ezdok

Hi All Yes its the same for me as well. I can report that after the latest Windows update since Tuesday evening there is slight improvement with the panning using the Mouse/Hat Switch but there is a slight lag spike before the movement goes back to full speed when panning. I am honestly not sure how this is being controlled by a windows update. Nonetheless, I hope that this is just a small step to reverting it back to normal and hoping that the next due fix that will be pushed reverts the problem prior to all these lag problems. However, I still feel confident that if the right amount of people join together to write a petition to P42 we might get them to fix this or atleast remove the connection between Windows Updates the the Panning - My mind tells me that this is a very simple fix. Anyway - Looking forward to hear the rest of the viewpoints and if anyone has found more improvements. Waiting to hear from everyone else

Windows is Pro and the version is 24H2 Build 26100.4061 - I will have to test again to be sure, I might as well try the option to disable minimize to task bar to see if it actually does. Can post a video later.

Is there a public schedule for the releasing updates of Windows? Or is it just random? I am thinking that if many people join together to write a letter/petition to Parallel 42 this just might help getting the issue fixed? They might be able to do something? Being hopeful of course.

What happens if someone uninstalls these mentioned updates? Will chaseplane behavior go back to Normal? Or will that mess up with Windows Security and applications operations?

I think your best bet is the reach them over Discord! You might have a good chance to get a reply there as they are usually "Online" for most of the day.

Yes I do confirm as well that I have the same issue with Chaseplane and P3D v5.4 latest release. Interesting how a Windows update can break such an application 🤯
