However, we fully recognize the needs of macOS and Linux users—especially within the X-Plane community. We’re actively working on making the Control Panel available for other platforms, and versions for macOS and Linux are planned for release in the near future. In the meantime, if you’re unable to use the Windows version, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’ll do our best to provide alternative access to your data. Additionally, expanding our navdata support to cover Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) and Prepar3D is already part of our development roadmap. Our goal is to make SIMDATA a comprehensive solution for the entire sim community. However, scenery updates (especially from addons or Gateway airports) are separate and merged in their own layer.
