SIMDATA- Keyvan Aviation Navigation Data for X-Plane
Dear Bjoerm, You’ve brought up a very valid point. Our current Control Panel is indeed designed specifically for Windows. However, we fully recognize the needs of macOS and Linux users—especially within the X-Plane community. We’re actively working on making the Control Panel available for other platforms, and versions for macOS and Linux are planned for release in the near future. In the meantime, if you’re unable to use the Windows version, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’ll do our best to provide alternative access to your data. Additionally, expanding our navdata support to cover Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) and Prepar3D is already part of our development roadmap. Our goal is to make SIMDATA a comprehensive solution for the entire sim community. Currently, our campaign is active, and as a subscriber or community member, you're eligible to benefit from the special offers we’re providing through it. Thank you again for your feedback and support as we continue improving SIMDATA for all users.

Thank you for your thoughtful response — and no need to apologize; your scrutiny is both fair and appreciated. Regarding your question on email marketing platforms: in our previous campaigns, we used tools such as Mailchimp and Sender.net to reach out to simulator users and developers, particularly during our collaboration with the Flight Simulation Association. We're happy to provide any insights or performance metrics from those campaigns if that would help. As for your comments on the pricing — we understand your hesitation. Our goal isn't to undercut competitors, but rather to make high-quality navdata more accessible, especially to smaller developers, flight sim communities, and educational users. We’ve built our data pipeline in-house with efficiency in mind, which allows us to offer a more competitive price without compromising on ARINC standards, coverage, or update frequency. We also take pride in representing Turkiye as part of the global aviation data ecosystem. Thanks again for your consideration and for supporting innovation in this field.

Totally fair point — and you're right, some companies make it far too difficult to unsubscribe, which understandably puts people off. At Keyvan Aviation, we’ve made sure our one-year subscription is simple and transparent: ✅ No auto-renewal ✅ No hidden charges ✅ You get full access to all AIRAC updates for 12 months — and that's it. We believe users should stay with us because they’re happy with the service, not because they’re locked in. Appreciate you raising the concern — it’s a valid one.

Thank you — really appreciate your perspective! We’ve tried to keep the pricing fair and accessible, especially considering the work that goes into maintaining global AIRAC updates and ensuring X-Plane 12 compatibility. At $30/year, we aimed to offer solid value for serious simmers who want consistent, real-world navigation data. Glad to hear you see it that way — thanks again for the support!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts — and I completely understand your perspective. At Keyvan Aviation, we currently offer a one-year subscription, which includes all AIRAC updates for that period. We went with that approach to keep things simple and cost-effective for users who want reliable, up-to-date navdata without worrying about individual purchases every cycle. That said, we absolutely understand where you're coming from, and your feedback is valuable as we consider additional options in the future. Thanks for sharing your perspective.

We fully understand that trust is essential when it comes to navigation data—especially in the world of flight simulation where realism and accuracy matter greatly. Please allow me to clarify a few important points about our company and services: Keyvan Aviation is an EASA-approved Type 1 DAT Provider, and also holds FAA LOA Type 1 authorization—both of which are official recognitions from the highest regulatory bodies in aviation. Our navigation data is built in full compliance with ARINC 424 standards and is used by professional aviation entities as well as simulator platforms. While our company is headquartered in Turkey, we operate globally and adhere to strict international data quality and safety standards. Regulatory compliance has no borders, and we are proud of the quality and integrity of our work. We welcome all feedback and encourage users to evaluate our service based on data quality, transparency, and support—rather than geography. If you or anyone in the community would like more information, we’d be happy to provide documentation, product samples, or respond to specific questions.

Dear sir, thanks a lot for your attention. and sorry for this mistake. this page of our website is just updated and of course we should have been more careful. but be sure that this spelling mistake don't affect our accuracy of our data. it's more that 4 years that we support real airlines. and now would be happy to share exact same accuracy and commitment with sim pilots.

Navdata vs. scenery?
SIMDATA_Team replied to chickennoodlesnoop's topic in Little Navmap | Little Navconnect | Little Logbook Support ForumHi @chickennoodlesnoop & Little Navmap users, SIMDATA Support Team here — From what you described, Little Navmap is correctly picking up the AIRAC 2505 cycle from your navdata provider (e.g., Navigraph). However, scenery updates (especially from addons or Gateway airports) are separate and merged in their own layer. If you’re looking to ensure that your navdata is as comprehensive as possible (especially with custom scenery), SIMDATA offers: - Global coverage layered over any scenery-based changes or additions - Full ARINC 424‑compliant data with up-to-date waypoints, navaids, and procedures If you'd like to try a cycle and see how it interacts with your setup, just drop us an email at **[email protected]** and we can give you access and help out. — SIMDATA Support Team
