    I know this is an old topic but I'm new to this forum and I have this issue also. The solution for me is similar to the last post above from jltech. I have a 48" external monitor for the main sim window. When the Sim is in focus the lag happens but if I change the focus by clicking on my laptop screen then there is zero lag. The question is, is it being caused by the AxisAndOhs software or the Stream Deck plugin or the Graphics driver or maybe even somehow the game itself sending the information back quicker when it's not in focus.
