I have a copy of X-Plane 10 which I bought a few years ago. I am not using X-Plane and have removed it from my PC. Can I legally give (not sell) these 8 disks to someone else?

Hi There, this is my first paticipation on forum ! Is this AVISIM a network to fly connected (like VATSIM, IVAO, etc.) ? If the answer is "yes", how can I do to get my login / passoword and software to connect ? Im looking for a topics here, to find more informations about "panel build"; but, some topics "I cannot start a topic" ... may I get "power" to write a topic ? About "Panel Builder" is there any especific topi about it ? I want to buy this one, but, before, I need to understand something like: "is there a panels builded by others users, and, a directory to download ?". I´m looking panels for: 1. Carenado King Air B200 2. Carenado King Air C90B 3. Carenado Baron 58 (and others little and medium planes: Lear Jet 45 default, Flight1 Cessna Mutang, etc) Thank you in advance.

Hi all, As topic title reveals, I'm a long time FS9 user and like to set up a Linux based X-Plane simulator. In real life I'm a 3D CAD designer with some 'autodidact engineer skills' and I'm building a full scale airplane equipped with a fresh designed new engine. So, I like to find out how the airplane flies in X-Plane and compare this with it's behavior in the real world. I have bought X-Plane 9 a while ago and it did not perform as it should be on my old XP based Acer Aspire9410. However, today, a lot of good stuff (ex-game material from my son) is lying around and I like to see if I can put something decent together to run X-Plane9. My interest is not only to use the simulator but also to 'build' items to help out developers and/or plane/building/scenery builders. I'm used to 3D design (+20 years experience) so understanding how stuff works should be not that difficult. Best regards Lemans

I am new to X-Plane but have mightily challenged the learning curve. My son is far away. I am a FAA/CFII and would like to get him started. I intuit that X-Plane lets 1 computer use the IOS suite on 2 monitors, or if 2 computers are physically in the same room, they can split the features on 2 machines connected to the same Wifi Network. Does anybody know if a Windows VPN would allow 2 physically remote machines ....( each with a paid for X-Plane license - each running an X-Plane 10.45 version of the software )... to operate the suite of features found within the Student/IOS module of X-Plane? Maybe it's not a VPN...I have no real idea what the possible alternatives are. Points are awarded for simplest & cheapest! Thank you in advance.....It's a Father/Son thing! It's a Father/Son thing!.....
