Recently, I've been experiencing this interesting anomoly with the 737NGX (all variants) where the speed brake, once deployed, will not return to the down position, instead just wiggling around when I press my spoilers key in FSX: SE. Wow when you said that, I remembered I tried to use the saitek throttle quadrant before, and forgot to remove it in FSUIPC when I was finished. Removed the assignment, and all works now. Thanks.
