E bought the 777-300 extension and paid by PayPal. But I messed up and could not find the download link. In a hurry I bought the same again and this time I got it, and I downloaded the extension. When I tried to recover the unused payment I got a message to contact the administration, but I still do not know how to do it. (It would be OK either return to PayPal or to get a credit on my account.) Thanks for your attention Thomas Szego

When I load the J-41000, neither the EADI, nor the EHSI loads complete. There are no numbers or letters, and when I try to ajust the altitude or the v speeds, the EADI stay blank. On the EHSI it is impossible to follow the aligning time without the numbers. I do not know what to do. I need some help. Tom
