Is a new version required for P3D?

Recommended Posts

I currently own a number of FS2Crew versions for various FSX aircraft.  Just wondering if I will need to repurchase the P3D versions if I decide to move to Prepar3d V3 ?

Negative, you do not need to repurchase the P3D version (at least up to V3.0).

What's happens with P3D V4 and later I'm not sure about since it's getting difficult to support, in some cases, 5 or more different simulators (like RAAS does).
