Flight Toolkit Install before Flight installed?

Hi,

I decided to start from scratch.  I had a recollection about reading something about downloading Flight content via the Toolkit but couldn't recall if that included the core game.  I've deleted all content related to Flight and Toolkit.  I started by attempting to install Toolkit but I get an error each time I try.  Must Flight be installed prior to installing Flight Toolkit?

Yes, I think so.

You first install the core game of Flight - and then use the flight toolkit to download required content.

I've installed Flight and have been checking the basics.  Goin' slow.  As I'd purchased most of the Addons is there any advantage to downloading them from GFWL or through the Toolkit?
