Anyone else notice this- Fly2 randomly "minimizes" to t

For some unknown reason, when using the 757 in Fly 2, the program will periodocally minimize down to the task bar on my computor. I can then maximize the window back into the open position & resume flying. This will happen even when I have not pressed a single key or botton. Strange! Anyone notice this?Chris Catalano

Check to see that you don't have any type of Internet application running, that wants to display stuff on your screen. That will most likely be the culprit.

Thanks for the reply.I don't think I intentionally have anything runnng via internet in the background - the only thing I have running is my Mcaffee virus scan program. Would this running in the background do this? Also, this only began happening when I got the 757. Never happened with the 777. What do you think? Thanks as always!Chris

Chris,I always heard that running any anti-virus program with flight simulation is a very bad idea. Anti-virus programs also tend to steal quite a bit of your CPU time.Michael J.

Chris,If you have McAffee's Viruscan online have in mind that it is constantly looking for updates and so on. What you described has happend to me a couple of times and it was either ViruScan with a new update or Windows update.Hope this helps.Regards,Alejandro AmigorenaSyracuse, NYAthlon XP 1800ABIT KR7A-RAID768Mb RAMGeForce 3 64MBSB Audigy GamerCH Flight Yoke USBCH Pro Pedals USB
