July 1, 200322 yr If you are currently experiencing download problems, then please consider that this might be a server issue. It is currently trying to cope with a huge demand that results from the very large files people are downloading for release. This is also the reason why we are currently only offering one livery (The others will be up again after the initial rush)The server is most likely experiencing a "running at maximum capacity" issue and as such does not allow any more downloads which results in the "page not found" error. Please give it some time AND please give our senior developer time until he wakes up (located on U.S. East Coast) and has the chance to tweak the server performance.I can personally guarantee that everyone will be able to enjoy the product after purchasing, only a matter of time. Our tech support team will do its absolute best to help out. We will keep you updated...
July 1, 200322 yr I have bought your package this morning at 0830 and after 1 hour still unable to download the 737 from the email link, any idea when it will clear up? Regards, Jeff Gerbert
July 1, 200322 yr Dear Sirs,A small solution is to rightclick the downloadlink as provided in the webpage and from the menu choose "save target as..". This let me downlaod the file while leftclicking on the downlaodlink let the browser wait. So it seems that your server does handle the downloads themselves but has a problem with the downloadrequests.(Did I already say that this is the best add-on I've layed my hands on lately and that it is as good as, or even better as, PIC767 and Flight One's meridian?!?!?!?! Love her! Congrats to all of you at PMDG, Sirs!)Regards, one happy 737NG driver,Lennart

July 1, 200322 yr That's exactly what i got, when i tried the download from my email receipt. Also the hint with the rightclick download doesn't work.I already sent a message to the support team but didn't get an answer yet.Michael Endruhn
July 1, 200322 yr I believe something else is wrong which unrelated to server load. I suspect for some reason some people are receiving bogus links that don't work. I don't suggest anyone sit around clicking for hours on end because you're probably wasting your time.PMDG needs to fix something in the billing system before some of us will be downloading anything.Mike Cross
July 1, 200322 yr How long did it take you? I've been clicking for over an hour now and nothing.Mike Cross
July 1, 200322 yr That's what i think. I don't want to sit here and click for hours on that link not knowing if it will ever work or if something went wrong during the purchase process. So please support team i don't want to write a third E-Mail - respond and fix that problem.Michael Endruhn.
July 1, 200322 yr I have another question for you Floris. In the email sent to you just above the download link it has a "Product Details:" section. In your email is there a product name, quantity and price listed or is that section blank? I just want to figure out if something is wrong with the billing system or not. Thanks,Mike Cross
