It would seem as though you have been billed correctly for the 737 product. In your case I would keep trying the link. For those of us without such information in the Product section I would suggest that clicking the link is a waste of time as there has been a billing error. Some of us have paid $39.95 for the right to "blank" product! LOL
July 1, 200322 yr @ mtcross. So what doyou think, i do not have this product description, price etc.in my receipt neither - shall we do another order?Michael Endruhn
July 1, 200322 yr I was thinking about doing that and perhaps use MS Explorer next time instead of Netscape. I do recall now that I think about it that when I clicked at one point during the process it opened a new window for me to enter all my details, however the window in the background said my basket was empty. Before that I had to disable my popup blocker in Netscape because I had received the same message of no item in basket but I did not get the popup window to enter my details. When I disabled the popup blocker and the window asking me to enter my details appeared I thought nothing of what was said in the other window but clearly what has happened is that we have paid $39.95 to purchase nothing!! LOLI've sent PMDG all the details including the email they sent me. I may wait to see what they say before I purchase again as I want to avoid a double billing issue. PMDG will probably either provide us with a new link or cancel our previous billing and tell us to try again. If I get impatient I may try again however and then deal with the double billing issue at a later date! LOLRegards,Mike
July 1, 200322 yr @ mtcross(Mike).MS Internet Explorer is not the matter. I used it for purchase and now look at me - same problem. Well i think we just have to be patient and wait. Cheers, Michael.
July 1, 200322 yr Hi Marc,I got the main file to download but the 3 zip files still wont open. Is that a problem on my end I need to be looking at or what..My Internet alert system is disabled and Winzip work's fine with other winzip file's???????Thank's Angel
July 1, 200322 yr I ordered this afternoon and recieved the confirmation email about 5 min later. However it didn't contained any info in the product detail line (was blank). I send 2 emails to support but didn't get any reply. When I buy something from the internet I do this so I can start using the product right after the download and not after 6/7 hours or more. I hope I get some response soon from support how to continue.Regrads, Rob
July 1, 200322 yr Well, I got all all the information and details about the product I've bought, but when I click on the link my browser responds as well with http://www.precisionmanuals.com/shop/shopp...art/Invalid.htmIt's getting tedious.
July 1, 200322 yr Argh! I got the same problem.. No info in Product Details and a nice 'The page cannot be found..' message. Only a matter of time, you say? I hope that time is sooner than later.
July 1, 200322 yr Ok Marc. After reading the follow up's there is no other way that an error has occured while the payment process.Uuuuhh. SECOND eMAIL to your Team is on the way....
July 1, 200322 yr Bought at 16.30 uk time now 19.42. Twice i have had the download broken, now i cant even access the link to try a third time. PMDG please hurry up and repair link. Shaun.
July 1, 200322 yr I've seen this happen in many forums now, communication/support makes a big part of a product, even more since the days of the downloadable products. Customers get unsatisfied because they are worried about their product, either it is not released on time as promised and they already paid, it is still in beta stage when released, or as in this case it seems that the server was not capable of the amount of download requests. I know PMDG, this is not particularely your fault but, communicate and if you offer a support adress then answer the E-Mails, or at least make a statement in the forums - we already know that something's going wrong, but as customers who paid for something we wanna be kept updated about the progress. Sorry, maybe i'm a little frustrated, but as i said i've seen this happen before, mostly due to lack of communication.Kind regards, Michael Endruhn.
July 1, 200322 yr I totally agree with you there. I miss a response from the devs about this problem (Hey.. we're paying you to). An answer on what is wrong and how soon it will be fixed would be greatly appreciated.
July 1, 200322 yr >>We will keep you updated...>Unfortunately you have failed in this regard. It has been eight hours since you posted this message and we have heard nothing on this forum with regards to the various download issues. In the very least you could provide us with an update even if it's only to say "we don't know what the heck is going on but we're working on it" and then promise to give us regular updates.I don't think it's a lot to ask to simply be kept informed. As it is many of us have been left hanging for hours with absolutely no clue as to what is going on. If an airline delayed a flight and didn't tell you anything for hours on end I think you would a little bit disappointed in their customer service would you not?Regards,Mike Cross
