File downloaded from E-Mail site is empty

Featured Replies

I downloaded the file from the location listed in the E-Mail. The file was a zip file but was empty. It downloaded instantly. I had virus and internet security off and I tried downloading both with the DAP accelerator 3.5 on and off. File was empty both times.Any suggestions?Tom

What is the size listed for the zip file? Is it zero?

Hi MarcYes, it is zero.Tom

Tom,could you please try downloading one more time, without any download managers if you were using one.If it still gives you zero, then please e-mail [email protected], as you might have gotten an invalid file link... though I'm not sure about this because you are actually getting to the file. But anyway, please contact them, they will reply as soon as e-mail support is open again. Please read my message about e-mail support being currently unavailable pinned to the top of the forum.I really regret the inconvenience.

Marc,It worked. I now have a file with 17,834KB in it. When I tried to download it before with DAP off I didn't realize that it turned itself back on when I downloaded. Thanks for the help, now I will try and get things loaded.Tom

Tom-Download Accelerator Plus works - one small detail, though: It has to be the latest version (v5.3). :-)

Lefteris,5.3 is the version I have but it still seemed to cause the problem. But anyway, the plane is up and operational and I made my first flight. You guys are to be congratulated. Tom
