Go to your texture folder in the PMDG737-700 aircraft folder. Locate the pmdg_wingL_t and pmdg_wing_t and copy these files. Locate the texture.AQ folder and paste, ansewering yes when asked to overwrite. This will be fixed on the download shortly.
