July 24, 200322 yr I'm trying to be as patient as possible. I sent you guys 2 emails regarding a major problem with registration PLEASE respond. Two emails were sent one to registration, one to support. I have yet to hear anything. I changed my video card and now 737NG in NOT OPERATIONAL. It is in demo mode only and when I try to extend registration or generate code I get many popups "PMDG: Invalid Machine Code" All this was for changing a video card, Radeon 9000 to Radeon 9800 pro 256mb. The problem occured immedialy after this change. Your product is not functional. I'm sure this is just a fluke scenario because I see that others have not had problems changing video cards. I am a loyal and extremely supportive PMDG customer yet my not so expensive product is non-functional and I have not had a response in 2 days! Please help me. No I don't expect you to jump at my becon call and I know you guys are busy. But my bird is down, COMPLETELY NON-FUNCTIONAL. Please let me know asap at [email protected] this was cause by changing only the video card. All drivers are fresh. I'm loosing passenger revenue.. heheheThank you,BillyBoobp.s. take your time with the patch. our attention will be on FS2004 very soon.God Bless

July 26, 200322 yr Thank's Paul,I'm up and flying again. Off topic maybe I guess but any clue as to why the 737 will without warning stall then spin to the left in cruise flight? I hear 3 click's then the stall light will come on after that I can kiss my flight goodbye. I sent support a screen shot and talked to them about it but I'm still not sure why the airplane does this... Sandy:-)
