When takeing off, the EICAS shows CLB and upon raching cruise, it correctly displays CRZ. Then when VNAV starts the descent, the EICAS does not swtich to DES on the display. In fact all the way to touchdown it never switches over to DES. Is there something I am doing wrong? VNAV works very well for me and all waypoints hit there mark for spd/alt and such, it will just not display DES in the EICAS display?
