PMDG team, do you know about this problem in FS9?

Featured Replies

bump.Is it really affecting you guys, because it seems when we put it into fs9 it works perfectly except for the excessive nose down trim which you can see in flight and in the panel, is there going to be a fix for this. Did you guys find a way around [email protected]

I have read this thread and in my opinion it is a bunch of hog wash. The flight models in FS9 have so far appreared to me to be much better than they were in all previous MSFS.IN the case of the PMDG737 she flies and handles like a dream in FS9. My AoA in the 737 is much more realistic since the patch. 1.5-2.0 degrees nose up is just about what realy 737 pilots have told me that she flies at.I cannot speak for the PMDG team has to say about their dynamics, but I sure think the author of the above "long" thread has an ax to grind with MS and is using the forums as a way to get his weak points accross to the community.Just my Two CentsBob JohnsonKDEN

Just curious about this link? Has anybody at PMDG reviewed this article, and if so, what conclusions, if any, have resulted from your review?Regards, jack noullet

The reason I'm asking this question to the PMDG group is to make a determination as to whether or not I purchase the COF or stick with the FS2002 air files with the 737NG....Anyone wish to answer this question !!Regards, jack noullet

I went ahead and purchased the COF and downloaded the SF260 Marchetti into the cfg file and it seems to work although I'm not sure what Rob Young is planning on doing to the existing cfg file in COF.Contrary to what I read on one of the forum messages, I can actually spin this aircraft and it reacts to the proper inputs for recovery. It was previously reported that this aircraft could not spin in COF..Thanks for your input on this topic... I still am curious as to what PMDG thinks about this subject!!!Regards, jack noullet
