Left Engine Not Working!!

Featured Replies

No guys there is some kind of problem with the latest SU1 cold and dark flight. Check this pichttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29782.jpgOK, here is what happened.I loaded the c & d flight. Switched off the fuel control levers on the ped. Set the parking brake. I then changed aircraft to the Southwest Spirit 700. Changed airports to KBHM. Ran through the flows to engine start. Right engine, as you can see from the pic, would only run with fuel lever OFF! Left engine would not run at all.I don't know what is going on here. But I loaded the default 737, started engines, then went back to the NG and completed the flight with no further problems. Using FS2002.

Did any of the installers give you an error when you installed them?

Not when using the remover prior to instaling both original then 2nd version of SU1.

Very strange. When I start from cold and dark, I turn on the Battery, the APU then the APU Generator, then APU Bleed air. When it takes me a while to enter my route into the FMC maybe 5 minutes I start the left engine. When I put the right engine switch on GNDnothing happens. The engine doesnt spool up at all. I tried todo the automatic start by hitting Control+E. The engine spooled up to 20% RPM but it wouldnt ignite.DavidEDDW

David,Load up the latest SU1 update. This will cure your problems.

Heo!Make sure that Electric Hydraulic Pumps are ON before you start with engine starting procedure. After I set everything correctly, engines started up normally.Regards,Nejc

SU1 installed checked the pumps, problem solved :)Thanks!!!David
