August 18, 200322 yr HiI posted a new topic this morning entitled "737NG Blues" (or something like that), i had a look a couple of hours later and it was there, now it's gone !!! Do forum topics sometimes go astray or could it have been "proactively" deleted ???Any help much appreciatedGary
August 19, 200322 yr Hello,I saw and read your thread too. Pretty much a, no, let me change that, it was nothing but a put down to the PMDG's efforts. You are entitled to your opinion of course. And, PMDG is of course entitled to run their section of this forum as they see fit. Also, by asking this question, it would seem apparent that you have not read the thread close to the top of the first page titled --> "Deleted Threads..." Like I said, you are entilted to your opinion, but personally, I do not blame PMDG for having deleted such a post. In the future, I recommend you make such negatively opinionated posts not in the right in the developers face while on their home turf, but in the public forum where it won't be deleted, the MS Flight Simulator General Discussion Forum. I'm not a policeman here, and I'm not trying to say you shouldn't be able to voice some form of disatisfaction, and maybe even be a little negative sometimes. I'm just trying to make you realize, that sometimes there comes a point where you cross the line while in someone elses house.Sincerely,Jimmy Richards
August 19, 200322 yr Author HiBefore posting the question, i did indeed, read the "Deleted threads" posting and didn't see how my original post contravened their rules:-"While we are keenly interested in hearing our fellow forum members thoughts on the airplane, it's operation and how to make it better- we are not under any obligation to discuss such issues as the legal action we are taking on folks who have stolen our software, Refund Policy, Discount Policy, Pricing Strategy, or other areas that are established and determined internally at PMDG or established in concert with our legal represntatives"Do PMDG run their forum akin to Hans Christian Anderson

August 19, 200322 yr "I'm just trying to make you realize, that sometimes there comes a point where you cross the line while in someone elses house."Yep. and it's up to them to deal with it and nobody else. That means you, me, beta testers or anybody else. If it's their house we should be quite in such cases.Respectfully
