September 5, 200322 yr Hi,When using the spoiler I hear the wind sound. However when retracting the spoiler again, the wind sound stays on. Anyone else noticed this?Egbert Location: Vleuten, The Netherlands, 17.3dme SPL 108.40 | Simulator: FS2024 System: AMD 7800X3D - Gigabyte X670 - RTX 4090 - 64GB DDR5 - 2 x 2TB SSD - 32" 1440p Display - Windows 11 Pro
September 5, 200322 yr They shut off for me. Are you using the / key to retract them or the / key? There is a problem with the / key retracting due to MS's not liking the spoilers being part way deployed ... doesn't seem to understand the difference between deployed in flight position and fully deployed on the ground to stop the plane.Ray
September 5, 200322 yr Ray is on the money once again =). You can deploy then with "/" but not stow them with this same command. Bring up the throttle panel and manually set them. You can use SHIFT / to ARM them... [h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. September 5, 200322 yr Bah, these engines are big enough to overpower the spoiler! hahahaExercise in stress, land with your spoilers already deployed! watch the poor N1 levels in the red :-)Ray
September 6, 200322 yr Author Ahh OK,On the throttle quadrant I checked if the lever was in the upright position again and it was. I will check it again.
