October 25, 200322 yr When I try to enter the airport in the POS INIT page of FMC, it says "not in database". I've dnld the SID/STARS database but that does not seem to solve the problem. Any suggestions or hints would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ed Gates
October 25, 200322 yr Hello Ed, I assume this is a SID issue for your particular airfield, please remove the SID from the SIDSTARS folder and then try. There might be some syntax issues with the SID. Even without the sid you at least will have the data availible. SU2 will be not too long which will include a new SID-STAR database.....EDIT: Opps! Cannot forget what Paul said, sorry I had a brain freeze ;), my post only IF you already have the correct Navdats install from Navdata.at[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J.
