Can't access B777 download site after uninstall

HI,I got the B777 for FLY!2K a while back, and loved it. After upgrading my computer, I had to reinstall FLY!2K and all its addons. I had a problem with the B777. I have my original receipt, including the password #. But when I enter the download site with the password, I get an error message, advising me to return to the main PMDG page.I sent a query to the address which deals with lost downloads, but got no reply.Can you guys help?Eytan Ornstein
