I don't think there's a need to re-click; use the View menu in IE and select Status Bar. You'll see it trying and know if it dies andyou need to re-click.Mine shows two download links (two Click Product to Download choices) which looked to be duplicates. I wasn't sure which one to select. Right now, it's waiting after clicking on the proudct to download.No sleep tonight, I don't think!sj MantelKEWR
