Hi guys ok i'm not sure if this is Ok but i managed to get through to the PMDG order form filled out my details and it came up with a reciept but the problem is i click the continue link? Gents-I'm astounded you guys are even getting onto the order page... I think we'll probably have to disable that access as we simply aren't going to have any success with new orders given that we've allocated all the capability to the existing customer base...Give me a day to get back into the server and I'll see about getting you guys set up.... My suspcion is that you managed to get into the web server (which handles purchases) but that the data server (that handles downloads) isn't going to accept the order because it is over-burdened...If this is the case we'll have to manually build your orders- and I won't be able to do that until some of the load calms down...We've got the purchase records from our credit card server- so we'll be in touch with you!Sorry, guys... should have thought to disable the purchase side...RSR

Yep, would be nice to have some feedback on our purchases. As I posted in another thread, all the purchase pages and order confirmation was displayed, so I think it's valid. Would be nice to have confirmation from you too though. Seems like we have to wait some more days...Steve
