Gents-Thanks- it matters alot to all of us to hear some positive reinforcement! We are very well aware that the majority of folks understand what is happening and that we are working on a solution- After all- this is just as frustrating for us as it is for everyone else.... We'll keep hammering away at it- just like we always do! ;-)

Please just keep in mind that there are some of us out there who would not have purchased the product before the SU2 update (like myself). I ordered, have been charged, and have yet to receive my product.It's not a "free update" in everyone's mind.Patrick

What ever you do, don't get jaded or angry with creating these wonderful products like some companies. Yes, in fact it is a free update. The plane flew great as it was. Much better than 99.9% of the payware out there, and there is some good stuff out there.

No offense, but anyone who waited until SU2 to purchase the NG had to know there would be delays with it's download. I'm not accusing you of lying in wait, but it's obvious from reading the forum(s) that the PMDG UPDATE was going to generate a lot of traffic from the server.Chris
