When in autoland and you have APP selected. At what point do you or do you at all disengage the auto-throttle? Do you just leave it set at your Vref speed and upon touchdown disconnet or what? Thanks.

It's a pilot's choice really. If you leave it on, it's always best to de-select SPD so at least you have the Alpha protection so in cases where a sudden gust happens you can apply manual thrust much more quicker than the A/P. The A/T will click to OFF a few seconds after touch down so need to fiddle with it after landing. You will need to turn off the A/P though.[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J.
