Well what happened guys was that it WAS fixed correctly just before the 1.2 release, there were some other things going on that could not be corrected in the time we wanted to see the patch out so it was put on hold for the 800-900. Strange,I installed the continental livery and the virgin blue, and now my RTO stays on after TO like it should. Can't see why installing a texture folder and adding to the aircraft config would have this effect though.The wing anti ice valves are supposed to close when throttles are above TO warning, and upon liftoff switches should cycle to off.
