PMDG 737 Nav Display & RealityXP Wx500 weather radar

Featured Replies

I couldn't agree more. Any weather radar addition / upgrade would just make the PMDG 737NG Pefect! Especially with FS9's weather effects. I relish the idea of being forced to go around a storm. :9 Alain Capt has incorporated a weather ND in his freeware MD-11 panel here http://www.acsoft.ch/Flight_Simulator/ACS-...md11-panel.htmlBest RegardsBoone,[email protected]"Flying a plane is no different from riding a bicycle. Gentlemen, This is the original screenshot of my above post (original picture expired). This is a superimposed picture of the RealityXP Wx500 Radar over the PMDG Navigation Display (not a working device).http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/80387.jpgHoppe if many flyers ask to the boss, Captain R.R. to make so a feature, he will listen our demand.Interested customers in asking PMDG Team for Wx Radar/ND integration, please add to this post.Best regards.Dirk Trotteyn (SANT)

Maybe an integration with AS weather radar would be better?Anyway i'd love to see WXR and maybe TERR buttons working ;)

The AS radar is a joke, i mean it`s more like a sattelite picture of the clouds than a radar and it will never display storms the way only a radar can.Kevin

I agree. If it's going to be done at all, it should at least have some resemblance to an actual ND weather display... (ala above!)Best RegardsBoone,[email protected]"Flying a plane is no different from riding a bicycle. It's just a lot harder to put baseball cards in the spokes."

I agree with you Kevin, there's no comparison with the Reality XP WR.David
