Featured Replies

Hello,I was wondering with the 800/900 will a more functional clock be available to include a chronometer and elapsed time control? And will there be updated SIDS and STARS included?Cheers,Stephen

BUMPSorry but would like an answer.Stephen>Hello,>>I was wondering with the 800/900 will a more functional clock>be available to include a chronometer and elapsed time>control?>>And will there be updated SIDS and STARS included?>>Cheers,>>Stephen

It's already is included. The clock is fully functional. You just have to know which buttons to push for what function. In this case, it's the top right.

"The clock is fully functional."Almost, Preston ;-) I played with a real one today and compared it with the PMDG version. I think there are a few minor bugs to be sorted out (beta report handed in earlier this evening ;-)). Cheers.Ian.

Oh come on guys!!!...You can write **** like this and call it being a bug! With all due respect I believe there's a limit imposed by common sense and nothing else when posting on this forum. The clock is fully functional and, unless you want a rolex sent to you when purchasing the 737ng, there really is nothing to complain about.David

Hi Guys,Apologies and my mistake. I spend so much time in the normal panel view that I totally missed that the clock includes these functions. Thanks for pointing it out. David- Steady on there. I don

Interesting! What else is there to a clock, Ian??? :)

HiI think everyone here should be thankful that there's a professional maintenance guy like Ian sorting out the product. If you ask for realism, then expect nothing less.Tero

Ian is the man for some of that small but very important stuff (and major stuff too!) ;-) and yes that is the reason his knowledge is appreciated on the team. As for me, I ask the same from the FMC and let me tell you that PMDG not only listen but act upon 99% of these little items some most would never even notice. You all will love the changes coming with the 800-900...[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smithhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/betaimg.jpg

This is the one thing that sets PMDG apart from most other commercial developers.....They listen to their customers. I'll bet you if someone here said that they want the clock lined with 14KT diamonds, that you'd see that implemented in the 800/900...:)
