March 28, 200422 yr Hi there!!Something I've always wondered about :1 - How do real 737 pilots check their control surfaces after engine start/during taxi because I don't see no indicators in the cockpit???2 - In cruise, do the LNAV makes 30 Best regards, Fritz ESSONO

Hence the reason modern airliners are hooked up with sensors all over the place. If something is wrong, there will be a warning light somewhere.2. Stay in LNAV for the whole flight unless flying on vectors issued by ATC. At the speeds these aircraft fly, you can barley feel a 30 degree turn.-Phil Phil Brown
March 28, 200422 yr As is the norm ,this is an option when when the system button is toggled.A freedom of movement check is normally done on taxi out.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/69089.jpg
