May 1, 200422 yr Before the 800/900 came out I could see the range circles by pressing the WXR button on the MCP. Now I cannot. Would anybody know why ?Also, the POS button also seems to not produce anything..Just went through the manuals and could not find any info on these two issues (or maybe I missed it). Thanks for any help.GREAT ADD-ON TEAM. SIMPLY OUTSTANDING. !!!!!!
May 1, 200422 yr I think it's an option on the styles menu 'Various' see page 19 of the Aircraft Operating Manual. Regards Keith B. Life is a short dash between two dates on a Tombstone
May 1, 200422 yr Sorry you are mistaken sir, for *range circles* to appear on your ND simply input a fix or VOR (example LAX)into the fix page on the FMC. If you want to make a distance range guide simply type "/1.0" into 2 LSK (1.0 is an example of a 1 mile circle). For the POS you need to tune your nav radio to what you want. I set it to OAK VOR when departing KSJC then AVE etc etc.... [h4]Best Wishes,Randy J.
