May 3, 200422 yr Sirs of PMDG,I have now been waiting 3 days for an e-mail'd download link for the 800/900. Having initially waited several hours I sent an e-mail to the support address, but no reply. I now find that all atempts to send a reminder to the same address are returned as undeliverable and note that the support@ address has been removed from the website.I do not wish to give my invoice number and authorisation code out in an open forum (I have given them in the above mentioned e-mail), but your records should show my purchase. How do I get what I have paid for?RegardsPaul Ground - UK
May 3, 200422 yr You could try this...From the PMDG websiteReplacement of a lost PMDG Product: Replacement of Lost Download Products: PMDG offers replacement products to customers who originally purchased an electronically delivered product directly from PMDG's website. PMDG is unable to replace lost or user damaged CD media, however we can easily replace a product that was originally purchased as a download from our website.PMDG provides free product replacement for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, provided the customer can provide enough identifying information to help us locate the customer order within our records! Please send a detailed email to: [email protected] and provide your name, approximate date of purchase, Confirmation ORDER ID (if possible!) and any other information that may help us identify you and your order. May 4, 200422 yr Commercial Member Paul,There should be no reason for you email to be bounced back so long as you send it to [email protected] I go thru and clear out the email at least once a day so if you haven't heard from Rob or myself, your email didn't make it here.
