I "bought" the 737 last friday and got a broken download link. I've been sending emails to support since then without a single reply.They did charge my VISA card the same day so there doesn't seem to a problem in that department!Does anyone know if they are still in business?Hoskuldur

Sometimes there are problems.As of now there are some ranges of IPs blocked in various countries (probably because of the virus), and this may be your problem.Your isp may have suspended email processing, or whatever.Since the majority of us doesn't have these problems, i think it is a proof of good attitude not to use rude worlds before the problem is clarified.BRClaudio

I have sent email to them from two different addresses. One trough an ISP the others from the mail gateway at work. I have the log entry where my gateway talks to mail.precisionmanuals.com and it does not show any errors.Best regardsHoskuldur

I don't think outbound mail is what Randy is referring to. Sometimes spam filters pick up there replies before you see them. My company email has a spam filter that is so effective, it only deletes spam (yeah, right ;))

I have checked our spam protection quite a few times and there is no reply from them there. Has anyone actually been in contact with their "support" in the past seven days?Best regardsHoskuldur

Hockulder, We reply to support email everyday. If you have not recieved a reply, 2 things may have happened:1) we never got your original email2) You havent received our email due to spam filters etc.Solution: Try writing to [email protected] using a different email address. I sent an email from yahoo but that doesn't get answered either. I don't understand why they managed to send me a email with a link that doesn't work last friday but can't send a fixed link?
