As far as I know they are not the same, they have different authors. I haven't compared them in any way, but I am using the ones from Austscene for the moment, and I am well satisfied with the few I have used.

I too am very keen on the Austscene SID/STAR package. Very close to what I have in my Jepps.Rgds,
