How do I takeoff without alarm going off?

Featured Replies

I just purchased the PMDG 737NG and am anxious to get into the skies, but when I accelerate I hear an annoying buzzing sound. I know that this aircraft is very realistic, but what do I need to do in order to fly this thing? Thanks,Costas

Hi Costas,What you are hearing is the TOCWS (Take-Off Configuration Warning System). It is warning you that the airplane is not properly configured for takeoff. You will hear this when you advance the throttles beyond 40% N1 without first disengaging the parking brake, and without properly setting flaps.Best,Vin ScimonePMDGwww.precisionmanuals.comhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/devteam.jpg

Vin,Thanks for the help. Is there a manual for this airplane anywhere. When I got the zipped file with the software, there wasn't a manual with it. Do you know where I can get one? Thanks again,Costas

When you install the aircraft, manuals (about 9 or 10 PDF documents) are located in FS9PMDG737TNGAicraft Operating Manual.
