Hi there first of all i want to send a HUGE thank-you to the staff at PMDG for sending me the replacement files after my computer suffered a meltdown after a power surge leaving me with a destroyed harddrive,etc. Now that I have version 1.3 I am having a problem with the files extracting to the FS9 folder...basically I am getting the following message during the extraction or lack thereof: "C:WindowsFontsAriah.ttf" and above this line is the command "skipping file" can anyone help me out as to what the heck i am to do so I can once again enjoy the best FS9 aurcraft there is . Hello JRMake sure you log onto your computer with administrative priveledges. If you are still having problems, ensure that the folder : C:WINDOWSFonts is not "read-only". J.R.-We've seen this happen to a few users during the past year. We eventually were able to identify the problem as this:If you do not have administrator priviledges on the disk/machine to which you are installing (MOST COMMON CAUSE!), (or) the directory into which your windows fonts are installed is set to READ ONLY (or) the Ariah.ttf font file is set to READ ONLY.Check those- and you should be in good shape....

Hi there, I have checked to see if the folder "Fonts" is set to read only which it was but when I uncheck it it keep switching back to read only. I have administrative privileges on my computer so I really do not know what else to do..any other suggestions-this is most frustrating!?!?!
