August 24, 200421 yr What is it look like? Captain's perspective with PFD/ND or just a landing panel without gauges? Please post a screendhot of it :-jumpy
August 24, 200421 yr It's a full panel with PDF/ND and EICAS/Lower DU visible. It will be especially helpful for preparing the flight at the gate or other times when a view out the window is not important.
August 24, 200421 yr You know I don't believe so. What I think Marc is saying is that you will be able to *view* the full panel without looking out the window but not that this is the *only* view or even default view. If you remember Fly! panels, they took up the whole window with panel like IFR flying.Best Wishes,[h4]Randy J. August 24, 200421 yr Randy, Bet it's like flying with the hood on?When your on final, take the hood off. If you did thing right you see a runway. If not, practice more.Regards
August 24, 200421 yr Yeah, it's just an optional panel view. You can use different panel perspectives for different phases of flight.
August 24, 200421 yr I guess it looks like PSS A320 panel does or some sort of.Sounds great to practise IFR landings!
August 24, 200421 yr Commercial Member Jeff-even though I am not Marc, I can answer this one:No - there will be no demo of the 747 at the AVSIM conference. We're still in the development phase.Regards, Lefteris Kalamaras - Founder www.flightsimlabs.com
