V M(aneuvering): the minimum maneuvering speed at a set configuration. In the NGs is automatically displayed on the speed tape, I don't remember now, with a green circle or a green F (should be in the manuals !).On a NG with the "round dial" airpseed indicator, should be a green bug.Hope this helps.
