September 21, 200421 yr If I get this light due to me setting the wrong cruise altitude, how do I get it to go out? I've tried manual pressurization in both directions, as well as resetting the altitute. Neither way has extinguished the caution. Is it possible to fix the problem once you get it?Also, does anyone have the color settings for the "blue" MCP digits? I think ATA has that color on their flight decks. Thanks!Brooks
September 22, 200421 yr The OFF SCEDULE DESCENT light illuminates when the airplane descends before reaching the planned cruise altitude set in the FLT ALT indicator on the Cabin Pressurization Panel. To get rid of the light just reset the FLT ALT indicator to a altitude lower than the airplanes current altitude.Floyd John Floyd
