737-800/900 Compatibility

Featured Replies

Hey Guys,Currently using FS2002 and have the base 737NG package installed - it's fantastic. However, I've been looking at the 800/900 upgrade and was interested in purchasing it. Will it work with FS2002? I looked on the PMDG website and on one page it says it will, whilst on the other it only mentions FS2004.Can anyone please clear it up for me?Thanks in advance,Jeremy Soulsby

Jeremy, unfortunately the 800/900 addition does not work in FS2002.

I was one of the last die-hard fans of FS2K2 as well Jeremy. I had something over 4GB's of add-ons in it. Give FS2K4 a try. Make sure you look at the FS forum for information on tweaking. You won't be disappointed with the results. IMHO FS2K4 adds many great features above and beyond FS2K2! Anyway the 800/900 alone is the best reason why one needs to move up to FS2K4. Well my opinion may be just a tiny little bit biased! ;-)

Couldn't agree more! The 800/900 is simply beautiful. Plus the 747-400 is in the pipeline sometime soon.Ben
