September 28, 200421 yr Try starting with the default Cessna then switch. Also, make sure your engine generators on the overhead are on line.Best Wishes,[h4]Randy J. September 29, 200421 yr Tim,Thats not a MS default a/c which I think Randy was refering to. I always start FS with one of the default Cessnas and rarely suffer many of the problems which keep appearing in this forum. Regards Keith B. Life is a short dash between two dates on a Tombstone
September 29, 200421 yr What I meant was, I had the 441 as my default. No matter, I tried the original Cessna and still no luck. Should I try a reinstall?
September 29, 200421 yr TimWhen you move the mouse pointer over the things you can't turn on does the mouse pointer change to a hand? If it does not you have a intallation problem. And you should remove and reinstall. I've seen some installation go avry and not install the gauges needed thus only showing the underlying static bitmap instead oc dynamic gauges. If it does change to a hand you have some other problem. Probably some misconfiguration of the aircraft. Randy's suggestion about the generators is a good one. Also starting up using the procedures and checklists in the manual does, to some extent, prevent this kind of error.Hope it helps, Mats JohanssonPMDG Flight Test Dept | Asus Z270-A | Intel i5-7600K @ 4.8 GHz OC/H2O | nVidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB OC/O2|
September 29, 200421 yr I just purchased the 737-800/9. I was told to upgrade to version 1.3 of the the -700 which I did, then the install went without a hitch. I loaded up, the FMC went fine, I took off and couldn't turn on the autopilot, or autothrottle. Also I could start the APU or swtich on the landing lights, etc. Any thoughts?Tim
